Offers & Pricing
What's included in a 916 retainer?
Each retainer includes a monthly allocation of original concepts, delivered as ready-to-publish creative assets — video, static, motion. You get a dedicated creative team, a brief session at the start of each cycle, and performance notes to orient the next tests.
Can I start with just one concept?
We work on a retainer basis — creative capacity, not one-off projects. Our lightest tier gives you a meaningful monthly volume to actually learn what works.
What if I need more concepts in a given month?
You can flex up. Each tier has a per-concept rate for anything above the monthly allocation. Just flag it before the sprint ends.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum. Creative performance compounds — one month rarely tells you enough. After that, you're on a rolling monthly basis.
Concepts & Deliverables
What exactly is a "concept"?
A concept is a distinct creative idea executed as one or more deliverable formats. A specific angle, a hook, a visual language applied to your product or message. Not a variation — a new idea with its own logic.
What formats do you deliver?
Mainly vertical video (9:16) for paid social and organic. We also produce static ads, square cuts, carousels, and story formats. The format mix is defined during onboarding based on your channel priorities.
Do you handle production or creative only?
We produce everything in-house — scripts, storyboards, motion, editing, colour. If your product requires on-location shooting, we plan it into the sprint. We're not just a strategy layer.
How do you maintain brand consistency?
Your brand guide and tone-of-voice doc become the operating constraints. We run a brand alignment check before every delivery. The more you react to early work, the tighter the guardrails get.
Creative Process
How does onboarding work?
First, a 60-minute brand immersion call. You share what's working, what's not, your top-performing and worst-performing assets, and where you want to go. We turn that into a brief template and kick off the first sprint.
How long until we receive the first concepts?
First delivery is typically within 10 business days of onboarding. For complex briefs with on-location production, allow 3 weeks.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds per concept. We're not a revision-loop shop — the quality of the brief at the front determines the quality of the output at the back.
Who owns the creative?
You do. Full rights transfer on delivery. We retain the right to use approved work in our portfolio unless you specify otherwise.
Craft & Strategy
How do you balance brand and performance?
We start with brand — voice, codes, emotional territory. Performance is the distribution layer, not the creative brief. Ads that feel like ads get skipped. Ours don't.
What makes 916 different from a traditional agency?
Traditional agencies solve briefs once. We build ongoing creative capacity. We're closer to a creative R&D function than a campaign production house.
Do you work with influencers or UGC creators?
We can brief and direct UGC-style content in-house, or work with your existing creator network. We don't manage influencer contracts.
Can you help us build our creative strategy?
Yes. A strategic audit is available as a standalone engagement before starting a retainer. We map your creative landscape, identify what's missing, and set a brief architecture for the next 6 months.
Getting Started
How do we begin?
Book a call via the form on this page. We'll ask about your current volume, your main creative challenge, and whether a retainer is the right fit. If it is, we send a proposal within 48 hours.
What do you need from us upfront?
Brand guide, tone of voice, 5–10 top-performing and worst-performing assets, and your main campaign objectives. That's enough to start. We'll refine as we go.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA on request, before any briefing conversation.
Can we see more work before deciding?
Yes. After a short intro call, we'll share a curated reel relevant to your category and goals.
